Before you decide on your honeymoon spot think about what you want out of the holiday. Are you beach people who are content to just sit back and relax in the sun? Are you adventure seekers? Or would you rather enjoy fine dining at night and museums, art galleries, etc...during the day?

My fiance and I are of the last category. So, we looked for places that offered a lot in the way of culture and dining and decided on New York City.

The bottom line is this...whatever you like to do most is the criteria you should base selecting your location on.

HAVE FUN!!!

Just got back from 3 weeks in Thailand. It was beautiful and the peopl are beautiful as well. Koh Phanang is a great little island if you want to relax. :)

My fiance and I just decided on New Zealand.
It was going to be Australia, but the amount of running around and adventuring he wanted to do was starting to make me nervous...
At least on NZ there's only so much room to run around in!

My guy and I are planning to go to Los Cabos, Mexico. We're just going to find something all-inclusive there.

My friends just got back from a honeymoon in Costa Rica where they got to zip through the rain forest and all this other really neat stuff... we're looking into doing the same though we are leaning more towards Chile for wine and skiing.

Hey,
I work in the travel industry so I guess I can give a little advice, for your honey moon I would definetly stick with all inclusive(ultra all inclusive is even better, but depends how much $ you are spending) Sandals is a great company that offers the ultra all inclusive with very good honeymoon packages. I am hoping to go to the body holiday in St Lucia (they include dialy massage and spa therapies, and St Lucia is beautiful) once you have decided on a few resorts I would check them out on tripadvisor. com. where ever you end up booking make sure to put on file that you are on your honeymoon so that you get the free gifts and/or upgrades.

Hope this helps, feel free to ask if you have other travel questions. By the way I always recommend travelling with insurance. :)

We are doing Hawaii for 8 days. (it's all inclusive)

Normally I love to plan our vacations and make sure everything is the way we want it, but for the honeymoon I want to be pampered and have someone tell us what to do, drive us around and serve me :)

We are looking for info or recommendations about hot honeymoon spots. We would like some adventure and some relaxation and like the idea of ultra all inclusive.

Any tips/warnings on the all inclusive trips?
