seems like I hit a plateau

The typical steps when you hit a plateau are to start journalling everything first to make sure that you are 100% OP. Don't forget that piece of candy you absentmindedly picked up, or that sip of soda. Once you see what you're doing, then you can decide if you're eating too much, or maybe not enough. Sometimes kicking the exercise and water into high gear can help too.

Good luck!

I've heard that increasing your exercise or at least varying it helps to overcome the plateau. Add a few more pounds to your weights and change your diet slightly that may help. Good luck with everything including your wedding.

I was doing well with the scale numbers since Nov. 19 when I started. I did have a little trouble staying completely "on" over the holidays, but worked out like crazy. Now I need to jump start the loss again. Any suggestions?
