Might have to lean on ya on those "rough" days...Planning this wedding and budget time at work are driving me crazy!! So, how are your wedding plans going?

I'm in the same boat. I am not really overweight, but I want a rockin body for my wedding and honeymoon. I want to strut around in my bikini and I want to not be afraid to have tons of pictures of me in the bikinis. :) I'm so glad we've found each other too. I love this website and am still kind of new to it, but I come on here everyday if I can and it's such a huge help. Good luck!!! Go us!!!!

Hey girls! I am getting married May 26, 2007. I need to get these few 17 lbs off for our wedding & honeymoon in Cancun - I want to have that rock hard body for those pics, ya know...So glad that I've found you guys!

I am eating a lot healthier...more fruits and veggies. I already mostly eat chicken and fish so I didn't change that. I am eating breakfast now which is so important.
I am doing at least 30 minutes of cardio 5-7 days a week and abs about 5-7 days a week. Then I am doing strength training 3 days a week.
So far, it is working well. I haven't lost much weight but I am already starting to notice small differences in my body and it's only been two solid weeks.

Hey, I'm working within the same time frame for the same goal as you! to be fit for my May 2007 wedding. My wedding is the following monday! What are your goals?

I have to get fit by May 26, 2007. But I am actually shooting more for the middle of April, so that I can just maintain from then til the wedding. And if I make the goal earlier than my wedding but miss it, then I still have time to get to the goal by my wedding. I don't want to set myself up for failure so I calculated some extra time into my goal. I think I can do it!!! And so can you!
