| I found that because I don't need to lose alot of weight I have got half way and stopped... although I haven't weighed myself in a while. I have found that I have toned up rather than dropped figures. I also know that I eat the right foods... I just have a big appetite! So I figure I either have to exercise more to burn off the extra cals or don't eat so much... I have found my happt medium and it seems to be working.... Good Luck!!

| That's my goal by April 28th. So I think we should do it together. Challenge eachother and keep in touch... Whatcha think?

| I think it's possible. Just stay motivated!

| Yep, i think it is possible depending on how much you weigh currently. With my weight where it is, I technically can lose 36 pounds between now and March 18 (my birthday) so you can totally do it!

| Yes, it is doable, no I'm not a new bride but I will be renewing my wedding vows again for the 27th time so I understand the desire to be in shape. Good luck

| I want to lose between 15 and 20 LBS for my wedding on March 17, 2007. Since we got engaged I've been REALLY trying to drop LBS but they just don't seem to be coming off so here I am hoping that sparkpeople can help get it off!!!
