| Hi, I am a mom of two teenage girls- 13 & 14. I have just joined Sparkpeople recently and am looking to get myself in shape for my July 07 wedding. I do however, have one small destraction and that is my hypothyroidism, but I am at least hoping to become a healthier bride.

| I guess your right it was just a thought, I mean he's not just a third person he's our baby, but I can understand your point about it being about just us.

| I'll be honest. I think it's weird. You aren't marrying the baby, and he is your child together, so it's not like he's step child or anything. I think the wedding ceremony should be for the two of you (it's your vows to each other, and your promise to be partners for the rest of your lives) and adding a third person seems strange...

| My fiance and I have been dating almost 8 years, and we have a 3-year-old daughter. I told her she was going to be our flower girl. The other day, out of the blue, she says, "Mommy, I can't wait to be a flower pot girl." I thought it was so cute. We're getting married at Disney and having a honeymoon there right after. I'm taking her to the Pefectly Princess Tea Party and The Bippity Boppity Bootique. I know she'll love it.

| I am a mommy bride. My daughter is 7, she will probably be 8 before we get married. I haven't decided how to include her yet, other than being the flower girl. My dad is my pastor. But I would love to give her something in the ceremony as well, but I don't know if I will or not.
