| It happens to all of us. Don't be so hard on yourself. It's hard to get motivated and stay motivated. Just take it a day at a time. Small steps lead to big results.

Hang in there! There are some days when I just do not feel like focusing on my eating. We all go through that. You stopped back in, so, that means that it is still important to you, or you wouldn't have come in at all. Good for you!
Focus on the small things, it will make the larger things seem more attainable. I play games with myself, like I can do something if I drink 16 more ounces of water. The little things add up.

Hey,
Take it easy. Dieting for a long time is tough and gets tiring. I did the same thing as you. I got really close to my goal, and then started eating. I have now gained back half of what I lost. After a few weeks of eating junk food, I realized that I didn't gain any weight back, so I thought, great! Then I ate more, and more, and I fell out of all my healthy habbits. Now it is back to square one for me.
You are smart to catch yourself now. Congratulations! We can all help eachother out. As the others said, keep drinking your water and exercising. I have been replacing my sweets cravings with herbal and fruity teas, like Starbucks Passion tea. It is so good, and no sugar needed! Good luck to you and just get back on the wagon!
You can do it!!! Maybe you are bored of your routine, so get a new fun way to exercise. Take a dance class or something fun.
Take care!

| Hey! Don't worry. Just take it one day at a time. You can do anything you set your mind to. Remember to keep a positive attitude. Drink you water, exercise and try not to snack as much. You can do it! Let me know if you ever need anything.

I was doing such a great job, I have been on the site a little more than two months and was about 5 pounds from my goal weight. I don't know what happened but I have been avoiding the website and eating just about everything in sight for two weeks. I am pretty sure that I am back to my starting weight but I am too scared to get on the scale. I have continued to drink my water and exercise maybe 2-3 times a week but I can tell my body is not where it was or where I want it to be. I feel like my months of hard work have been for nothing because of the last two weeks. I have my engagement pictures in three weeks and really want them to look good!
