I think you can do it, its just about two pounds a week, which is what is normal for weight loss, and thats give or take a little bit too. Just stick to your plan, and just don't be unhealthy about it. If you want it that bad, you can make it happen... your close deadline is probably what is making you stick to it so well, knowing that you don't have much room for slip-ups.
Good for you, you can do it!

It's very ambitious, but I think it is doable. I actually have a similar plan. When I started out two weeks ago, my short term goal was -37 by the new year... then down another 20 to 25 by my birthday in the middle of March. After that, I would have approx. 20 pounds left to lose before my September wedding... it's agressive, but there is no other way around it. I've been complacent for a year. Good luck... we can do it!

| Nope. I ordered my dress at what my current size was at the time. I know I'm already down 4 inches in my waist since then.

I agree with Terri. But I wouldn't order a dress that's too small in hopes of fitting into it. You can have it altered when you reach your goal!

| yeah I know its horribly ambitious isn't it? I just feel like I would like to be where I was when I first started dating my fiance. He even said that he would like to see me back to where I was.. eventually. He didn't give me a time line. he just knows that I was happier and more confident back then.

| That sounds like an ambitious goal, but all you can do is give it your best shot! It's certainly not impossible, and it's not like you're trying to lose more than 2 lbs a week.
