Thanks for the response.

I wish you both well for your big day? How are your plans coming along?

I am trying to eat my calories, unfortunately it is so hot here that I get sick when I eat. So I have to let the day cool before I can eat. Which means I am eating way past my 7pm cut off time.

I am drinking all my water and more. And I have been saying NO to freezies, ice cream and slurpees

Have a grewat day ladies

Wow - congrats on fitting into your dress! I'm in the same boat - working on fitting into a too-small dress. Good luck, and eat all of your calories or else your body will think you're starving it!

Hi CHEYENNYA,

Congrats on fitting into your dress! That's wonderful! I was upset when they measured me for my dress, so I'm deteremined that they'll have to take it in when I go for fittings (I get free alterations)!

I'm getting married on December 30th, so I'm trying to drop another 40 pounds before the big day. I've taken 2 weeks off from exercising, but I've been keeping track of my calories and doing well. Sometimes I feel too tired to eat, so I have a yogurt or piece of fruit. Just make sure to eat something so that you're body doesn't go into starvation mode.

Good Luck!

Hello Ladies and Congrats on your upcoming day.

I have been pretty good the last week or so with stress eating, however I am finding now that I am just not hungry. I am so overwhelmed that I just get sick thinking about food. Do you have this problem?

Michelle
PS Christmas is a beautiful time to get married.

congrats and welcome! It's been really hard for me and unfortunately i haven't been doing that great. i snack almost constantly at work. a couple of things that do help are drinking more water throughout the day and keeping junkfood out of my office and out of sight period. if it's not there, i won't eat it. good luck! :-)

Hello I am new to SP. I am 32 years old, have 3 children, and I am getting married for the 2nd time on October 7th 2006. I have 7 weeks to go. and I am 60 pounds over weight.

I purchased my wedding dress several months ago and when ringing in the sale the clerk gave me a dress 2 sizes to small. Well talk about pressure. The company would not refund the dress! So I am stuck with it. As of 4 weeks ago it fit me perfectly without a bra or corset.

I am finding with all the stress of planning and arranging and finances and mothers ect. my eating is all over the place. How do you brides cope with stress and eating?

I live in Abbotsford BC and would love to meet other brides in the area. When are your wedding dates?

Thanks

Michelle
