How Do you work out among the busy-ness????

i fight with this same thing. i try to "get it over with" early in my day. the sooner i work out, the better my odds are in getting it done. i go to the gym at lunch during the week... i save money and calories by not eating out, i get it done, and i feel better all afternoon. i love that it breaks up my day. as for the weekends, well, i try to go to the park first thing in the morning before anything is open or going on. it's hard, but it's important. you can do it.

it's important to be gorgeous on the wedding date so i find time for working out. plus all the wedding preparations are quite done. have to talk the details one week prior to the wedding. that's at the end of Oct. meantime i eat well, i do as much exercise i can and i work...a lot. since i have to finish writing a book this summer. i do tae bo, belly dancing, strength training, walk a lot and want to start Pilates as well...

for me the reward on the wedding date (the fact that i know i'll look awsome!) is more important than anything else!

That is my problem too. There is always, always something to do. I just ordered a Threadclimber and Randy has promised to watch dinner every evening while I use that for a half an hour...I hope that works out. I'm getting married on Christmas Eve and would like to be much lighter by then.

It is totally CRAZY! with all the planning/ working/ etc. I'm still quite a ways out, unlike you, but I try to make the workout part not even an option in my day. I pencil it into my planner, and treat it like an appointment! It takes a little bit to get used to it, but it works! In a sense, being healthy and working out IS part of your wedding planning! :)

Or, for motivation, try a "reward" system. For example, I put a sticker in my planner for everyday I work out. For every 25 stickers, I get to do something fun/ wedding related/ whatever I choose.. :)

Oh my goodness. Please tell me it gets a little easier. My fiance and I are getting married in December in Mexico. I just got the proofs of our engangement pictures and I have never wanted to lose weight more than now. But I feel like I get up, go to work then have a million things to do after work and I am just tired.

Any ideas on pick me ups or motivation to just get up and do some crunches or SOMETHING in the morning?? I just feel tired? How do you do it all??
