| I love the bike because I can push myself and burn a lot of calories, but I've been trying to get on the treadmill more and push myself on the incline. I also work out with a personal trainer 2x a week with weights.

| I really enjoy tae bo. Billy Blanks is great. His tapes really push you while at the same time gives you confidence that you can go a little further! When I don't feel like I can handle the cardio (if aunt flo is here or I don't feel weel), then I spend about 25 minutes on the gazelle (Tony Little, also seen on the Geico commercial).

| Hey, I have already recently 'converted' from jumping ropes to swimming. I find swimming to be less hard and interestingly, it seems swimming burns more calories. Why, I don't know but I'm loving the water so very much right now. *grins*

What is working for everyone in terms of exercise? I was loving the elliptical trainer, then moved to rowing and yesterday I went swimming. I think that swimming actually burned the most calories (according to the cardio tracker), but I feel like I work harder on the gym machines.
I am still strength training 3x per week, but have cut back to make room for more cardio.
What are your thoughts?
