Weddings are stressful! BTW Crusin, your pics are so neat! I love the tropical theme!!
My beau and I have a little less than 3 weeks. My diet hasn't been going anywhere near as well as it should, but I have been exercising. Between the wedding and family issues, I have wanted to crawl into a bucket of ice cream and just pretend that the world outside of chocolate chip cookie dough doesn't exist. But I haven't. So I guess that's good. :)

| Very close Nell! October 7th. I dreamt last night that I went to my wedding, and nothing was done. I got married with wet hair, because I didn't have time to dry it, no makeup on, and after all was said and done, I couldn't even remember saying I do. So because I try to listen to my inner self in my dreams, I think I'd better quit slacking and pick up the pace on the huge list of items I have left to do on theknot.com. The days just seem to be flying by so fast. Too bad work places don't give you wedding planning days off. LOL.

And I suspect you're rightabout a man inventing the girdle. It was probably the same guy that invented push-up bras.

| Plans are coming together slowly but surely. I'm going out this weekend to get some sort of contraption that will make me ungodly uncomfortable, but slimmer in my wedding dress. LOL. A man had to have invented the Girdle! :)

Everyone's entitled to a little time off now & then. I'm taking a couple of days off because I have a cold & really don't feel up to exercising. Eating's not too much of a problem because I generally lose my appetite when I'm ill.
Apart from the cold, I'm fine. How are your wedding plans going?

| I (with much regret) took a couple of days off this last weekend. I was stressed and let that get the better of me. But now I'm back to my healthier habits! *HUGS* How is everyone?

When I weighed myself this morning, I was below my wedding day weight! My official WI is Saturday, though, so I won't move my ticker 'til then. I hope the weight doesn't go up again between now & then.

Hi Lanny, & welcome. I found that I gained a few pounds from my wedding day & the week following but I've almost lost them all again. I realised I like the way I feel now, & I don't hide from mirrors any more. I want to stay feeling good, so I'm sticking with the programme.

Hello all! I have 39 days till my wedding. I should have started working earlier losing weight, but it took me this long to get serious. I was curious to those of you that have been recently married, did the weight loss streak seem to die off after you tied the knot? I've been working so hard (with my dress in mind) toward my goals, that I'm afraid once it is over.. I will lose that zest. I will not hit my long term weight before the wedding, but I hope to be down to 150something! Congratz on your recent weddings!!!

Thanks Helen! All went as planned exept the location had to be moved to the "yoga hut" from the beach thanks to the hurricane Ernesto ......other than that everything was
Awesome! The pro photos are too big to post here so will load them to webshots later........And lets not EVEN talk about what I ate and drank while we were down there LOL! All I know is I am NOT stepping on the scale form a few weeks!
Gotta get back to work and had a brutal day of flying yesterday did not get in till 2 am so I am way tired..... talk soon........and will start loading photos tonight I hope!

Hi Chris,  back. The pictures are lovely - & didn't you look stunning? I hope you stuck to all the Spark principles while you were away. I did, of course (yeah, right!!!).
I gained a few pounds during the actual week of the wedding but I've only got to lose another on e before I'm back at my pre-wedding weight.
I hope your day went really well - it looks like it did.

Hi Tami. I'm so glad you had a good day. I can't wait to see the pics. My day was pretty amazing, too. It rained on the Thursday & Saturday, but it stayed dry on Friday for us.
I'm still struggling to get back on track but I AM getting there. I put a few pounds on during the wedding week & I've still got 2 of them to lose before I get back to pre-wedding day weight.
