| Try looking it up on tripadvisor.com. I've looked there in the past for hotel reviews. Just remember that people are more likely to seek out a site like that when they want to complain...so take everything with a grain of salt.

| No advice on that particular one, but I have friends that have stayed at the Riu's in Cancun and loved them!
