| My wedding is on May 13 and I'm in almost exactly the same position as you - 127 this morning and hoping to get down to 120. I think the tuna pouches are a good idea. You could also add variety with PB&J, lean lunch meats on wheat bread, healthy soups...even though the frozen meals aren't ideal and are probably becoming monotonous, it seems they are helping you get closer to your goal, and you can do anything for 44 days, right? Knowing you will look gorgeous on your wedding day. Keep up the good work!

| This may sound stupid, but I do this at work. Buy the tuna and chicken chunks in the pouches and put then in a drawer or tupperware box. They are small in shape, are single serving sized and require no heating.

| Thanks for the motivation! Unfortunately our barracks do not allow any of those grills or toaster ovens, they're pretty strict. In the meantime I just try to eat as many fresh fruits and veggies as i can!

My wedding is coming up the week before yours...I feel your pain. Especially since I'm going through a nasty procrastination phase. But I do know what works.
If you eat microwave meals, you must have some space in your room or open to other residents to plug in a grill (like a George Foreman grill...around $20 at Wal Mart or Target). They make them small and compact for one person. You could grill meat, pork, chicken, fish and even thick veggies on there. Top with pepper mixes or other non-sodium seasoning mixes for flavor...heavy sauces (especially cream-based) pack on the pounds.
Fresh, low sodium food combined with regular exercise will ensure you take it right off.
You will look amazing--with or without the 8 pounds! Congratulations!!

| I am getting married on May 13th. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water if you are consuming a lot of frozen meals. They tend to have a ton of sodium in them. Make sure you exercise and there are a ton of great exercise on here under the resource center.

| My wedding is May 11th and I am struggling to drop about 8lbs and shed some flab. I live in a dorm style situation on my base and I don't have a kitchen so I find myself eating frozen healthy choice dinners every night. I am frustrated and I really want to look amazing on my wedding day!
