| Make sure if you are not eating much and drinking alcohol that your food consists of proteins!

| well, what I do when I know I'm gonna have a treat in the evening is to enter it into spark first thing in the morning, and THEN plan the rest of my meals around it.

| So my fiance and I are having a Martini Bar at the reception. This means we need to decide what martini's we're going to feature (I need 4 different varieties). Sounds like fun, right? Well... it seems the nights we decide to try a new martini (one!) it puts me waaaaayyy over my calories for the day. I've tried being good on those days. All that seems to do is get me good 'n schnockered when I'm sampling becase veges don't seem to keep the effects at bay the way lots of calories do. (Not that my FI is complaining too much about me being such a light-weight now...) So. Any suggestions? Thanks!
