Okay - Where in Vegas do we get married. Hokey or fun or different - good. Hookers standing outside of the chapel - not good!

We are thinking cheap, like $250.00 or less and quick.
WE are having a nice family reception when we get home, so the ceremony we are not too concerned about. We want it to reflect us. Fun, in love, happy to have found each other. It really is about the marriage, not the wedding ceremoney. (for us anyway!)

I am so afraid of picking one online, and being sorely disappointed.

Or can we just find one once we get there?

Any thoughts appreciated. (I do have another thread specifically asking this, and trying to check out all the ideas!)

THANKS!!

Hi Sarah, I'm a Sarah and an event planner (and a bride) too! I think our work puts us around too much good food all the time...Good luck with your weight loss!

Hi there! I just saw your post about you being a wedding planner in Colorado. I'm moving there in August and am hoping to work as an assistant event planner and eventually start my own business back in Texas.
Any advice for a hopeful?
Thanks!

Hi Kate-
Beyond Elegance is a great company to work with. If you rent 100 chair covers they include the sash at no extra charge too. They are very reasonably priced and everything is very well explained in the instruction sheets. Shipping is slightly pricey, but its both directions. However even with shipping and the rental costs they are not nearly as pricey as some of the local vendors I could use, but don't.

From the topic's title, I was expecting a real monster bride to insist that everyone around her become skinny! Glad to see that's not the case.

Hi ladies-
By no means am I invading your space for business purposes. I am stricly here cause I LOVE brides-to-be's. It my life! I am a wedding and event planner and coordinator and florist from Southern Colorado. I just enjoy good wedding conversation, plus you may get some ideas from me. I honestly am in need of losing about 70lbs or so. I figured your busy stressful lives could possbily include some encouragement for a wedding planner too and I'll do the same in return for all you beautiful blushing brides.
