| ya that does. and u do have a good point what if me and her do have another tiff between now and nine months? you do have a good point. i mean i can alwayas invite her and her family to the wedding.....she was lil bit upset when at first i wasnt thinking i asked her to be moh and she was thrilled then started runin into problems bc the colors i chose were kept on changing, wanted my h2bs cousin to be best man and have his wife to be paired up. so she was hurt when i just had her to be a bridesmaid. plus she felt more comfy walkin down the asile with my brother. so i see your point.....now if she couldnt fit in the bm dress or couldnt afford it then that would be a different story. thanks rubella!

It's great that this woman came back into your life for your wedding, and that you want to include her, but I don't think you should tell an overweight bridesmaid she is out and put a new (thinner) one in. If I were your bridesmaid I would be very hurt and sad.
Also you made the point that you don't know if you will have another tiff with the other girl. You might, and then you would have the added stress of all that.
I say, leave your bridesmaids the way they are. If she is having trouble paying for it or fitting into it, then it is her job to tell you, she can tell you that she can't do it but once you have asked her you probably shoudn't un-ask her.

| hello all u spark peepsneed advice. ok an old hs friend and i started talking again (we werent talkin for awhile, bc stupid argument/fight). idk me and her always used to be like sisters her mom was always a second mom to me. its like a part of me picturesd her in the wedding party. her being paired up with my brother. they know each other more bc she was always up my mom and stepdad and also my real dad. she is skinny like me so she would be easier to find a dress size for....the problem is the weding is nine months and three days away. we didnt really go dress shopping yet me and moh and none of the bms.here is the problem the one bm who i already have in it she is like a sister to me, we have worked together for a few years and have always hung out. she is how can i put this very large. and the websites that shells gave me they have helped alot. i love some of there dresses. they come up to 28. i think that is the size that she told me that she wore. the problem is i still want her to look nice, but idk also if they would have boots to match since it is a country wedding. i dont think i am gonig with the hats bc my moh isnt really keen on it. and i dont the other bms are. the problem is should i just tell her nicely since the dresses are like 100-185 i think ill have to look at the pirces again. and plus the boots are like 100 if they have her size. and just tell her no? but i dont want to hurt her feelings. that is the only thing....and idk if i should ask my old friend to be in it idk in away ya but in a way no idk...i mean what if we have another tiff again or should i just take it day by day? i know that the one bm wont lose weight. she just doesnt to me have the heart to do it. idk what to do......need advice help...plus idk it just seems like god always puts her back in my life even when we drift apart. idk maybe it si bc we used to be sisters and also like we both have hearing problems and both wear hearing aids.
