According to the spark experts, the answer is no because your heartrate is not elevated from exursion for a long period of time, this being 30 minutes or so. Unless you're having some pretty heavy sex, they say don't count it. Yes, your heart rate is up, but more because of excitement or arousal. Hope this helps!

So this is kind of silly...but we're all adults here. I assume vacuuming and mopping count toward some fitness time....what about sex? Does that count toward anything? Silly I know...just curious what others thought.
