I believe that a UK12 = US10, but if you are ordering it from one of the online 'designer inspired' places, they should take all your measurements to make the dress anyway. I don't know of anyone who has actually used House of Brides. From reading reviews of similar places, expect a hassle. They have great prices, but you are getting what you pay for in terms of sewing and fabric quality. I do know someone who used www.bestbridalprices.com/ and had a good experience. She just had her tailor fix some of the problems when making the final alterations and the dress was perfect.

I hope that helps! Good luck!!!

Hi all, hope you're all excited about your upcoming big days!!
I've found a dress i love, only problem is, is that it's a US store and i'm in the UK
I plan to be a UK size 12 by the time of my wedding, so i want to order it in that size as it takes 6 months roughly to get here.
I seem to be getting conflicting advice from everywhere i look...can anybody help please?????
Also, has anyone used, or know of someone who has used House of Brides.com??
I have found my dress in England but it's half price over your side....seems silly to pay double! :)

Many thanks!
