| It also depends on factors such as denomination/religion etc but generally Notaries can perform wedding ceremonies but these things do vary by state. Clerk of Courts in your area is the best bet.

| I'm sure there are websites because I know you can get a license online. Have you googled it yet? That's probably the easiest way to find it. If not, talk to an officiant in your town and ask them how they did it.

| States have different rules for who can perform weddings. You'll need to look it up for your state.

| Does anyone know what's required for a person to get licensed to perform the ceremony? There's gotta be a website or something... Is this something that's regulated by each state, or is it a national thing?
