I found this awesome widget. Just type in

and you can chat with anyone else that's online on this website using gabbly. It's really cool. A pop up window will pop up and you can chat with people that are online right now on SparkPeople.com.

this is not a propaganda of any kind, I just found out you can use this with any website. I thought it would be fun to talk to fellow sparkers.
