Hello I am having hot flashes and the doc said to get some Femora. Well the only femora that I have run across requires a prescription. I even called his office to ask again what he recommended and had the nurse spell it for me. Femora?!!! The doc said it's a soy supplement but I am seriously wondering if he has it mixed up with something else. Right now I am trying a herbal supplement called Don Quai root and it is helping some with my hotflashes. Any other suggestions for hot flashes would be deeply appreciated. Thank you in advance
