Thanks everyone for keeping the thread going. I worked very hard over the past week and was unable to check in (2 double shifts, 2 eight hour shifts, and 1 twelve hour shift from Weds. to Sun)

Way to go so far Ladies. I lost track yesterday, I worked a double shift and did a lot of snacking. I will be precise today. If I don't know the calories it's not going in the mouth. I will have to start planning better when I work double shifts.

Many times we start off on the right track and lose our way as the day progresses. I wanted to start a spread to help us become more aware and accountable.

State what time of the day it is by giving the actual time, or you can say lunch time, dinner time, etc. State how many calories you have eaten so far and how many you have remaining for the day. In addition, if you'd like, you can check in at the end of the day and give your final results.
