| Stir-fry fresh brussel sprouts with other veges, nuts & soy sayce (tofu is also good), and they're great. Frozen ones that are boiled to sludge like my gran does them every Christmas, and I could hurl!!

never been a huge fan but they are better if they are younger and therefore sweeter. my mum does them in olive oil with roasted almonds. i love the almonds so makes the brussels seem better 
|

| Great with melted cheese over them!

| I really like brussels sprouts. I microwave them to thaw them out then saute them in a tiny bit of butter and kosher salt. There so simple and so yummy that way.

As a kid I'd drown them in ketchup, held my nose, threw pieces of them to the back of my mouth and swallowed without chewing.
I like 'em now.

"grass w/ cheese"
