| Soda here in NJ, or as my Sandy used to say when we were younger.. "Sodee-pop" :)

| We say pop in pittsburgh:-) (Even though I never use the word... cause I drink H2O! and if i do order some I call it a diet coke)

It was "pop" when I lived in Oklahoma, "soda" when I lived in Colorado, and now in Louisiana everything is Coke! "You wanna Coke?" "Yeah!" "Okay, what kind?" "Dr. Pepper..."

| In Texas, we call it Coke. Since I go to college in Massachusetts, I've started saying soda more often though.

| It was "tonic" for me until my family moved to the South, so now it's "soda."

| grew up with pop, but changed to soda after I moved out of the state after college

| Soda here in North Texas, but, in West Texas, where I grew up, we said Coke!

Im from Michigan and we say pop, When i went to visit my sister in law, in tennesse i said pop in a resturant and they said "we dont serve pop just soda!" needless to say she didnt receive a 20% tip.
