I have had some physical problems that have slowed me down but I have taking the motto - STAY POSITIVE AND KEEP MOVING! Just a few extra steps a day helps me stay motivated.

It is good that you have decided to stick with your program. Sometimes progress is slow but as long as you are doing your best, eventually it will happen. Don't quit!

im here and doing well. hope everone else is too. usually im overwhelmed with things and quit; but by being able to read what others say and their advice, and the great way the program is laid out----Im sticking with it! and i feel better, and am doing more things and eating much better. Good luck to everone and be sure to stick to it
