Hi, sounds like you did ok. I have learned that I can "splurge" as long as I make room in my daily food allowance. That way I don't feel deprived and can enjoy this new lifestyle much more than if I put myself of such a strict diet. Don't feel bad. Even if you occassionally go over a day, does the rest of the week balance out overall? You have to look at the big picture sometimes and not just that one little puzzle piece.

Anyway, good job! I splurged yesterday with some key lime pie. Mmmmm good!

You should have entitled this "Stayed On Track!"

A big congratulations for staying in your calorie count. I, too, was taken out to eat by family. Had a lovely brunch, but managed to choose from the menu sensibly and I, also, stayed within my calories.

This is where I usually fall down, so I'm happy to have stayed on track as you did. Good job!

I got a little off track yesterday with Mother's Day. Went to friend's house for lovely dinner (my spouse is in Iraq). She had my favorite dessert (lemon meringue). Of course I had to have some, but made it a small slice. Still stayed within my calorie intake for the day.
