| I'm sooo motivated by results. When I see results it just turns me on. Sparks has given me the starting tools to get some fast results. I've lost 8 pounds. Yeah!!! I'm walking everyday for 45 minutes and doing strength exercises 3 days a week. I teach a martial arts class 1 day a week and teaching just wasn't enough exercise to keep my weight down. My eating was out of control. I'm now in control and it feels good to be doing something so healthy for myself.
