I got one at Walmart. I'm sure you could get one anywhere that carries fitness DVD's. I also order a lot of stuff online through Amazon.com as you can sometimes picked up good used items pretty cheap.

Why not check out the Leslie Sansone Walk Yourself Thin series. She has a series of 1 to 5 miles "walks" (low impact aerobics) that you can do in front of your TV. You can modify them to suit your needs by just walking in place for the moves you can't do.

Try's Leslie Sansome or Sansone's walking DVD's...you can walk inside at three different levels and definitely work up a terrifice sweat and all you have to do is walk in place. You can do it even if you are 64.

Hi I'm 61 and I want to get a dvd to work out with.Can anyone suggest a good one that's not to hard.Most of the dvds are for younger people.I can't keep up with them.Anyone have any suggestions?
