Hello,
I so agree with KnoxvilleGal,
".something you may want to do is to come up with a low cal/perhaps fat free pizza or version of your chicken wings. In other words, make some of the items on the menu healthy items. Not only will it help you, but it will also give more options to your customers."
and that you can do this. Best of success to you

Hi!
To many of those die for chicken wings, huh? LOL Well, you will have a tough time trying to lose weight while being around all of that food. But you can do it IF you are committed. You will need to track your food, get out and do exercises and read up on the resources available here.
If you have a friend you can work together with that will be a big help to you because then you will have to be accountable to that friend. You can workout together, share recipes, talk about your goals and how best you can meet them. And definitely follow the spark plan to get you through all of this.
If you are addicted to pizza, something you may want to do is to come up with a low cal/perhaps fat free pizza or version of your chicken wings. In other words, make some of the items on the menu healthy items. Not only will it help you, but it will also give more options to your customers.
Good luck!

My husband and I bough a pizza restaurant almost 5 years ago. Were here 7 days a week, from 11AM to after 10PM, seven days a week. We have GREAT pizza, pastas, sandwiches, breadstixs, chicken wings to die for. I need all the help I can get. I have went from a size 10 to a womens 20. I want to lose a lot of weight before my family reunion in August.
