Hi Katejen1. I am a new member also, almost a month now. I turn 65 in May. Fortunately I don't have many problems. The desire is all you need, keep trying!!!! I hear swimming exercises are really great and easier on your body if you have access to a pool on a regular basis. My exercise is power walking. I am up to a 17 minute mile for 3.5 miles, three days a week. Shooting for 6 days a week by next month. I love the outdoors and listen for birds and other nature sounds as I walk. In the fall I will have to find another exercise.

| Hi Katejen1, I am not experiencing the same problems. I just wanted to welcome you to spark and you will find a lot of supportive people with similar problems. And they have great articles. Be sure to use the nutrition tracker. That is something I use faithfully because it keeps me on track. Deb
