Maybe eat a little more and do some weight training...build up some muscle might help

My younger sister has the same problem. When she tracked what she was eating, she found out that she wasn't eating as much or as often as she thought she was. By eating three nutritious meals and three small snacks (mostly fruit) every day she has managed to start putting on a few pounds.

Can anyone tell me how to gain weight? I am drinking ensure+ right now. Have been drinking it for two months. Still no weigh gain. I only want 10 or 15 more pounds. I weigh 105.
