i rely mostly on the water intake to push out the fat! however, i do take several supplements to compensate for any dietary deficiency --- fish oil, co-q 10, flaxseed oil, b-complex, multi-vitamin, calcium, bee pollen, and 2 prescribed meds...i'm sure they help my body work the program more efficiently.

I am amazed and curious about all these products on the market that promise to reduce your appetite and work on fat cells...anyone has had success with any herbal products?
