I totally agree with Ferret-eyes. We have to look at lifestyle change. If you think of this as a diet that you go on and off, you will yo-yo forever. Been there-done that! You have to make changes that will become part of your daily living plan. Baby steps and if you fall down just get back up and walk again. This is a learning process. Each of us needs to find what works best for us. Life is a journey and how we travel on that journey is up to us.
Just remember that everyone here is in the same boat. We all have struggles daily. That's what is great about this site--we can come here for support and encouragement.

My mantra has been 'consistency is key'. And it takes practice. practice of implimenting new healthy habits. I'm still learning about myself. Making more changes as others get 'under my belt.'
Yes, it takes time...but i wouldn't go back to my old way of living. I feel so much better. Really try to look at this as lifestyle change.
However i ate in the past...will no longer ever serve me in the future. It got me to be over 300 pounds. I will never 'diet' again. I've already had a lifetime of doing that...and it doesn't work.
clean eating, banish transfats, processed flours and sugars. increase fresh vegetable for bulk, learn to have a serving of other things. It gets easier, as you get to feeling better.
don't give up. I cant' tell you how wonderful it is...to not 'crash and burn' after i eat now. I am truely saving my life. Ferret.

Hi. You sound pretty down on yourself. This lifestyle change is not easy. It takes work. You don't have a Spark Page where I could look at your nutrition and fitness trackers so I'll ask: 1. Are you consistent in staying within your calorie range? 2. Are you consistent in making healthy food choices? 3. Are you consistent in drinking water throughout the day? 4. Are you consistent in getting cardio exercise? 5. Do you do cardio at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 30 minutes at an intensity that is 'work' for you? 6. Are you doing any strength training? 7. Do you do strength training at least 3 days per week? 8. Are you consistent in getting sufficient sleep?
Losing weight and regaining your health takes work. There is no pill or potion or website that will make it easy.
Let me know if I can help you.
Peace and grace. Meychey
