keep going.

my body loses...then sits for awhile.
pull out some cookbooks, get some variety.
hang in there...lifestyle change...NOT diet.

keep going!

that is encouraging, losing 14 lbs in four weeks is good, good for you

I went up 1.6 last week after losing 14 lbs. in 4 weeks. It was very disappointing but not discouraging because I was expecting it to happen eventually. Just keep up the program and it could be a few weeks before you see weight loss again. Think POSITIVE and you will see changes again.

That could be happening too. That is a good
thing.

Thank you for your encouragement. sometimes it seems like you are really working hard and you think, wow, I really lost this week, and then it is the same. It's good to know this is normal, and I just keep thinking I am building muscle.

I know it is discouraging but it IS normal. We just have to keep on keeping on and be patient. You ARE getting there. It will always be slower than we would like.

I seem to be in a rut. I started losing in January and have lost 8 pounds, but for the last two weeks, I have not lost anything. I keep watching what I am eating and exercise everyday. Is this normal? It is very discouraging
