Yeah, I'd like to add sugar to my nutrients I track but haven't found a way yet. My husband is diabetic and it would sure help.
I read somewhere that you should have no more than 10 tsp of sugar a day (4 grams = 1 tsp). It would be nice to know even for me.

When you are in your Nutrition Tracker, type 'sugar' where you Add a Food and you will get the nutritional info for 'sugar'. You choose the amount you ate and you can choose whether you used granulated or brown and it will fill in what you need. I hope this helps.

I don't actually see sugar on the list, but there is sucrose. Is that the same? You'd think it would be there to help the diabetics.
