I too find walking the best. I invested in a really good pair a walking shoes and I think that helped. 1 because I spent $180 and I am not going to waist that kind of money and 2 it is easy, I don't have to drive anywhere to work out. I am a member of a gym I rarely get to. Just no time. I bought some weights and a couple of DVDs. Home gym!!!!

I know you are feeling discouraged but please don't quit. As you stated, you would probably weigh more if you did quit.

If you are able to walk, try going for a short walk. If you cannot go far, just go to the end of the driveway and back. Tomorrow go 10 steps further and continue to build on how far you walk. For me, walking is what helped me start to lose.

Last spring, a friend and I started to walk together 4 times a week. At first she could only manage to get to the corner and back. We did that for a few days until she felt ready to try going further. We do not get out very often right now because of the ice and snow and fear of falling but we plan to start again as soon as the weather cooperates. Having someone else who is depending on you to get their exercise really helps keep you moving.

Do the best you can each day. Do not dwell on past mistakes. You cannot change them. Go forward from right now. Best wishes.

well, i have'nt been on for about a week i guess and i gain four pds, im so sick of this, my weight just goes up and down, i just don't know what else to do, i want to give up but then i know i'll weigh more than i do now, i know it dont come off fast but it should come off i have no energy so i dont exercise to much, i have high blood pressure and im on medicine for that i wonder if that could be whats doing it, i need help
