Hi my name is Starr and I am new to this forum. I am 59 years old and need to lose another 35 lbs. I have done very well with Sparkpeople so far I have lost 17 lbs in 8 1/2 weeks so I am very pleased I am at a plateau right now its been that way for 2 weeks now so I am working out that much harder and really tracking my calaries so I don't go overboard. I am very motivated to do this I just throught it wouldn't be so hard to workout at my age but it is. I must stay positive because we can do this.
