Good news I finally lost a pound today. I hope it doesn't take another two weeks to lose another.

I'm in a horrible plateau, also. What I am trying is to do intervals in my cardio workouts. Also, I have cut back to my minimum number of calories and also having many small meals a day, instead of 2 or 3 larger ones. I'll let you know how this works, since we are both on the same page. Keep me posted on your progress, as well.

i just weighed in this morning and this is my second week of the same weight... I am at a plateau as well. I like you do strength every other day and cardio 6 days. I am going to take some advice and change up my cardio and see if that makes a difference. I will keep in touch since we are in the same boat!!

You are very close to your target weight. Maybe your body LIKES your weight now and is resisting. You have to change something...trick it. Eat more, then less. Its (your body) holding on to something for whatever reason.

When I do cardio. I do speed intervals, which I have been told enhances weight loss. I try to change my routine often. Some times my cardio is running then other days spinning. I was told that strength training should only be done every other day, so that your muscles need time to repair and cardio can be done daily. Wow 6 weeks, must have been hard to stay motivated

I was at a platue for 6 weeks then I was told (by SP) to change up my routine. I changed everything. I did not do cardo for 2 days, just strength. then I did cardo differently, started walking (quickly) 30min a day then 45 then 60. After 2 days of the change-up I lost 4 lbs after a week 10. don't give up change-up!!!!

Help
Haven't been able to loss any weight for 2 weeks. I stay at my calorie range 1200-1500 and work out about 6 days a week. Cardio and strength training alternating my strength training every other day. Cardio done every day. Also try to do abdominals daily. I feel tighter but no weight loss. I need to see some numbers on scale soon to help with my motivation. I keep expecting to see at least a pound loss when I get on the scale. Yes, I admit, get on the scale daily. Can't help it. Question do I need to eat more because of the exercise. I am not hungry. I eat approx. every 2-3 hours a during the day. Also another question the past couple days my lips feel salty all the time. I don't think I am dehydrated. I drink h20 all day long.
