Good for you--it's only one day and you can re-group and get going again. That's what I like about spark, it has given me the support to pick myself up and get back in my program!!! Good luck to you, Bonnie

Today I didn't want to log in everything I ate because I didn't do well today either. But I fiqured if I was honest with myself and keep track of all the food I ate today I was on the right track of being honest with myself. My friends tell me to do Weight Watches because it is a better weight loss system but I have tried that and it didn't work for me. I am taking this One Day At A Time. I like that I can write my feelings down. Tomorrow is another day and tomorrow I will try and be better to myself.
