| YOU MAY BE WORKING IT TO HARD. WHEN I WORK OUT I DONT SWEAT A LOT, JUST A LITTLE. SOMETIMES WHEN I WALK IF ITS HOT I GET A LITTLE NAUSEATED.

I think you should cut down on the intensity of your workout. Nausea isn't good for anybody, and you don't need to be losing fluids that fast. If the problem continues after reducing your efforts, please see your doctor.

| HAS ANYONE EXPERIENCED NAUSEA AND SWEATING (DRIPPING) WHEN WORKING OUT. THIS HAPPENED DURING A BODY SCUPTURE WITH abs AND A yoga CLASS. I'M A LITTLE CONCERNED THAT I'M WORKING OUT TOO HARD.
