Blue, how often are you weighing yourself? You SHOULD see at least a pound or two drop off each week if you're following their meal plan, sticking to the portion size, drinking water, and exercising. Don't get frustrated. Stick with it. We KNOW it's not easy!

I am so frustrated right now. I am following the meal plans here at Spark, exercising and still my weight yo yo's ........ I know it will and I am just in a funk at the moment but aaaargggghhhhhhhhhhhhh..Ok now I've vented , I'm picking myself up and continuing on *s* thaks for letting me vent
