Ladies -- You can add any food you wish to the nutrition tracker! Look up your favorites online (I use calorie-count.com) and type in the nutrition information to the ADD A FOOD. The tracker will save this for you (alone) and you can add it into your meal plan whenever you wish!
I have added the Weight Watcher's cabbage Soup (which I actually enjoy) as well as my home-made chili which is pretty low cal. and high fiber!
Have a great 2008!

I sure don't know. I use the Nutrition Tracker and total up what I have each day rather than follow the set meal plan. I have to cook for my family and they are NOT on a diet, so I can't buy what little I eat to follow a certain plan. Sometimes I do buy the WW frozen dinners or the Healthy Choice dinners, which are in the tracker.
