I eat 5 times a day.. 300 calories each time... good food --- good for me..... If you eat something that isn't good for you - it doesn't meet your nutritional needs... therefore you get hungry --- for the WRONG things.. before I eat something when I THINK I am hungry -- THINK first.... drink a full 8 ounces of water.. nice and cold... wait 5 minutes ... get busy... and guess what NOT hungry... maybe bored.. maybe overwhelmed with something in the family.... something at work.... PRAY about it... and really think about it .. is that something little thing that you think you want to put in your mouth.... is it worth blowing what you're really WORKING so hard to attain... a HEALTHY weight - healthy blood pressure -- healthy heart --- just healthy! Think of it this way .. look how much money you are now saving by NOT buying any junk food! because we LOVE ourselves. Good luck Nancy and ALL of us!
