I've been on SP for awhile, but don't post often and just found you! I've been a slug the majority of my life but in the last couple of years have found exercise very helpful in working towards my health goals. I use my Gazelle the majority of the time for exercise but also participate in a half marathon training program (I'm in the middle of my third training program). I don't run it, I walk it. The training program has four groups - fast runners, slower runners, run-walkers, and walkers. I'm in the last group and yesterday, I finished my third half marathon. Thank goodness, today's a holiday for me, because I'm really sore.
