My advice is to use the diet and exercise trackers for every single bit of food, drink, snack, and every bit of exercise. Those numbers motivate me like nothing else does to stay on track.

Just take it one day at a time, and look for those small changes you can make in your daily routine. Adding the Pilates and aerobics should help. Good luck!

I have tried other lifetime changes , but this time I would truly like to lose these 15 to 20 lbs. ButI need HELP !! I am petite, 135 lbs, and go to a 2 hr yoga class on Wed.eves.I will be adding pilates/aerobics .
