Hi, It's been a challenge for a few years to get myself motivated enough to lose weight. I hate to say it, but I get to a point that I'm totally disgusted and then that's the beginning.
I'm moving forward with weight loss via Jenny Craig, but noticed since I'm 58 that I'm losing less and less. So, I need to commit to more exercise. I realize this is the only way I will keep it off, and keep myself healthy. Moving forward ... one step at a time.
