I see by your ticker you are still 42 pounds until reaching your goal....and btw GREAT job on your already achieved success. It does happen sometimes that the spots where we want to lose the weight first doesn't leave until the end. So keep doing what you are doing and you will be so glad you toned-on-the-way as your loose flab will go too.

| Thanks REBCCA I do an awful lot of crunches using an abdominal trainer-I also have a lateral thigh trainer and a little twister machine for my waist and core section as well as walking and going swimming actually doing 35 to 40 lengths at a time so puzzled as to what else I can do to get rid of my stomach and muffin top.Joan

Hello Joan, Wow 14 operations! I have never had an operation so it seems daunting to think of 14. Toning exercises, done daily would still be my thought for avoiding loose flab. Even when walking you can focus on tightening your adominals. Do check out the fitness demo's as there is lots of variety and they are well demonstrated.

| Thank you for that information Im losing weight but Im getting flabby-its quite of putting to say the least-my stomach area is the worst and I cant afford to have an expensive tummy tuck-having had 14 operations in that area I think that Im going to have problems tightening it up-any suggestions.Joan

I found crunches, crunches with a twist and reverse crunches tone up that area. Check out the demos in the 'fitness' section. Good work btw!
