I don't know what you list looks like, but for me the easiest way is using the meal planner/calorie counter provided here for you. Click on MY Tools, and then click on my nutrition. All you have to do is type in the food you want to eat for the day and it adds up your calories for you.
First of All, go to my tools and then click on start and follow all the instructions, then click on my tools then my nutrition.
Its a good idea to take a look around and see what SP offers in the way of help. There are alot of friendly people on the message boards that will be willing to help you.

I just joined today and I made a Favorite Foods Group and added most of the things I like to eat on a regular basis. How can I plan my meals using that list. I could see how you can change what the system has set up for your meals to help you reach your goals but do not know how to make up my own menus from my Favorite Foods group. Can you advise me? Thanks.
