Hi Linda (CARMENSISSIE) and everyone.
I sure can identify with wanting to be under 200 lbs. I really have to think hard to remember when that was for me. You are sooooo close. When I get under 200 I think I'll just be beside myself with joy.
(Please note: I said when, not if) Ha!

I am also trying to get under 200 lbs. I have been counting calories, some days are good and others are not so good. I try and stay within my limit. I go to Curves 4x a week and walk between 2-21/2 miles afterwards. I walk 11/2 - 21/2 miles on the days I do not go to Curves. It seems like my metobolizm has died on me. It is very hard to lose weight and the inches. That doesn't seem fare, but I guess God had his reason for that to be that way. Keep up the good work Ladies, I know we will get there and be healthy doing it. I am enjoying this new lifestyle. We have to take one day at a time.

My 1st goal is also to get under 200 again. I weighed 145 until I remarried at 35. stress eating, long commutes and driving the kids everywhere were my excuses. Well the kids are grown and moved out 4 years ago and I am still over 200. I was 242 and lost the first 40ish lbs. eating salad & chicken & walking, walking, walking. I am using the nutrition menu to monitor my food intake and it really helps make decisions because it calculates the calories, fat, etc. for me. My husband & I are going to join a dance club that meets on Thursdays, so all I need to find is exercise I like for the rest of the week. It is hot and humid down here in Paducah, KY and I am a heavy sweater so I don't like to go out and right now I can't afford a gym. I have lots of exercise tapes, etc so I guess that is the way to go. I have problems in my neck and knees that limit a lot of exercises, but the exercise section of this programs looks like it will take away this excuse. Wish me luck! I have my 1st grandchild due any day and I want to get thin so I can keep up with him.

Hi Linda,
Oh boy, can I relate to what you are saying. I have been trying to get under 200 pounds for a very long time. Right now I am very optimistic that it can actually happen. I have 7 more pounds to go.
I know you can do it too. You certainly have my good wishes for your success.

| I have 9.5 pounds to lose before I can reach my first goal of being under 200 pounds for the first time in 6 years. It doesn't sound like much, but it gets harder and slower the older I get. Can anyone else identify with what I'm saying?
