I have to agree with the last post..you will find help when you go in and read articles on emotional eating... remember you are worth the work it will take to get healthy..so put yourself first on your list to do each day...

The Resource Center has some good articles, insights and strategies on Emotional Eating. Just put in 'Emotional Eating' in the search box above and you will find these helpful articles. It helps me immensely to go take a brisk walk or bike ride to avoid emotional eating and awaken all those glorious feel good endorphins. Welcome to the community, it is a great website!
